Samantha Offutt The project was developed during the Spring 2019 ARCH 305 studio. Samantha graduated with a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University on May 2022. She is currently pursuing an M.S. in Historic Preservation at the Savannah College of Art and Design.
